Your performance on the wedding day is what clients remember. Here is how to set yourself up for success:

Confirm details in advance.

Reach out to your client at least a week before the event to confirm timing, location, access details, and any last-minute changes.

Know the timeline.

Understand when you are expected to arrive, what you are expected to deliver, and when the key moments happen. Coordinate with other vendors if needed.

Show up early.

Arrive with enough time to set up, troubleshoot, and be fully ready before the event begins.

Be professional.

Conduct yourself professionally at all times. Vendors are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol or illegal drugs during events booked through DayOf, or arriving under the influence.

Deliver what you promised.

Perform services consistent with what you described in your profile and what you agreed to with the client. If something goes wrong, communicate immediately.
