When you list your services on DayOf, you agree to the following:
◆ You control your pricing, availability, and service terms.
◆ If your services are performed by employees, associates, or subcontractors, you remain the vendor of record and are fully responsible for their performance, licensure, insurance, and compliance.
Your listing
◆ Keep your service descriptions, pricing, availability, and portfolio content complete, accurate, and up to date.
◆ You are responsible for all content you upload.Legal compliance
◆ You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, permits, licenses, and insurance requirements that apply to your services.
◆ This may include business licensing, food or alcohol permits, music licensing, transportation requirements, venue rules, and privacy obligations.Independence
◆ You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of DayOf.◆ You control your pricing, availability, and service terms.
Subcontractors
◆ If your services are performed by employees, associates, or subcontractors, you remain the vendor of record and are fully responsible for their performance, licensure, insurance, and compliance.
Payments
◆ Your pricing must include all mandatory fees. No surprise charges.
◆ You may not collect additional fees outside the platform unless expressly permitted.
