How vendors are expected to conduct themselves on DayOf.

DayOf holds all vendors to a professional standard. When performing services or interacting on the platform, you are expected to:
◆ Respond to booking-related communications within 5 days, unless you have communicated that you will be unavailable for an extended period.
◆ Deliver agreed-upon services within the timeframe you and the client established.
◆ Provide at least 24 hours advance written notice (email is acceptable) if you will not be able to meet a content delivery deadline.
◆ Conduct yourself professionally at all times.

Strictly prohibited
◆ Consuming alcohol or illegal drugs during an event booked through the platform.
◆ Arriving at an event under the influence.Violations of professional standards may result in account review, suspension, or termination.
