Every DayOf wedding follows a proven timeline structure based on thousands of real wedding days. This is not a rigid schedule. It is a flexible framework that keeps your day running smoothly no matter what time your ceremony starts.
◆ C-2.5 hours: Entertainment vendor arrives
◆ C-2 hours: Content Creator arrives (if booked)
◆ C-1 hour: Officiant arrives
◆ C-30 minutes: Prelude music begins and guests arrive
◆ C: Ceremony begins
◆ C+30 minutes: Cocktail hour begins
◆ C+1 hour: Reception begins
◆ C+5.5 to 6 hours: Event concludes
