Every DayOf vendor has a specific arrival time relative to the ceremony. This ensures setup, preparation, and coordination happen in the right order.

◆ Entertainment: C-2.5 hours (sets up ceremony sound, cocktail speakers, and reception booth)
◆ Content Creator: C-2 hours (captures behind-the scenes and real-time content)
◆ Officiant: C-1 hour (arrives for final preparation before the ceremony)
◆ Coordinator: C-5 hours (arrives first to oversee setup and vendor arrivals)
