Your entertainment vendor is both the music director and the emcee. They control the energy of the reception and execute the timeline alongside the coordinator. They handle announcements, pacing, and transitions so everything feels natural and entertaining for you and your guests.

Before the wedding


◆ Understand the timeline

◆ Collect your special songs, playlists, and must-play/do not-play lists

On the wedding day


◆ Arrive 2.5 hours before the ceremony (C-2.5)

◆ Play prelude music beginning 30 minutes before guest arrival
◆ Provide microphones for the ceremony

◆ Cocktail hour: provide a separate speaker
◆ Reception: provide a full entertainment booth with basic dance lighting
