When Vendors Receive Payment
Understanding payout timing on DayOf.

Payments are collected from the client in two installments:
◆ Initial Payment (50%): Charged when the client confirms the booking.
◆ Final Payment (50%): Charged automatically seven days before the event.
After DayOf deducts the 6% platform fee, the remaining amount is paid out to you through Stripe. Payout timing depends on your Stripe account settings and processing schedule.
DayOf uses third-party payment processors to collect payments, deduct fees, and remit payouts. We may withhold amounts required by law.
