What Fees DayOf Takes from Each Booking

DayOf retains 6% of the total booking amount as a platform fee. This fee covers the marketplace, payment processing, and related services.

The fee is deducted from your payout automatically. It is not charged to the client.

Example

If a booking total is $2,000, DayOf retains $120 (6%) and the vendor receives $1,880 (paid out through Stripe in two installments as payments are collected).

All fees paid or deducted are non-refundable, including fees for optional promotional features or fees incurred due to cancellations or disputes.

DayOf may modify existing fees or introduce new fees at any time, with reasonable advance notice posted on the platform. Where applicable, DayOf may also collect taxes (such as sales tax or VAT) on platform fees.
