Media and Image Usage Permissions

You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, descriptions, reviews, messages). By uploading, you grant DayOf a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for platform operations. You must have the rights to upload and share any content you post.

Vendor-created content (photos, videos, designs, audio)

All creative work produced by vendors is and remains the exclusive property of the vendor. No ownership rights transfer to the client or to DayOf.

Once the client has paid in full, the client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to privately use, display, modify, and copy the content. This means the client can use the work for personal purposes, but ownership stays with the vendor.

Clients should make reasonable efforts to include any attribution the vendor requires.

DayOf platform content

All DayOf content, trademarks, logos, and technology are owned by DayOf or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

DayOf may remove user content at its discretion.
