Vendor cancellations on DayOf are only permitted for verified emergencies. This policy exists to protect clients
and maintain the integrity of the marketplace.

What qualifies as a verified emergency

◆ Medical emergency
◆ Death or critical illness of an immediate family member
◆ Natural disaster
◆ Government-issued travel restriction

Vendors must submit reasonable documentation verifying the emergency within 72 hours. DayOf retains sole
discretion to determine whether the cancellation qualifies.

Financial consequences

If you cancel a booking for any reason, including a verified emergency:

◆ The Initial Payment (and the Final Payment, if already paid by the client) plus an amount equal to the
Booking Fees associated with each will be charged back from your connected bank account.
◆ A non-refundable $195 cancellation fee will be charged to you and retained by DayOf.

These fees compensate for refunds to clients, platform costs, disruption to the client, and DayOf's integrity and
reputation.

Account consequences

◆ Two cancellations within a rolling 12-month period may result in suspension of your vendor account for a
period determined by DayOf.
◆ Three cancellations within a rolling 12-month period will result in permanent removal from the platform.
