DayOf Acceptable Use Policy

By using DayOf, you agree to use the platform responsibly. The following conduct is prohibited:

◆ Violating any laws or regulations
◆ Misrepresenting your identity or services
◆ Circumventing platform processes or fees
◆ Posting false, misleading, or harmful content
◆ Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data
◆ Interfering with platform operations
◆ Using the platform for competitive intelligence
◆ Attempting to transact off-platform in violation of our policies
◆ Infringing on any intellectual property rights

DayOf may investigate suspected violations and take action, including suspension or termination of your account.

For vendors specifically

◆ You may not accept payment from a client outside the platform.

◆ You may not encourage clients to book off-platform.
◆ You may not provide quotes, contracts, or invoices outside the platform for any client introduced through DayOf.
◆ You may not request client contact information to transact off-platform.
◆ You may not consume alcohol or illegal drugs during an event booked through the platform, or arrive under the influence.
