Setting Vendor availability on DayOf

Couples search on DayOf by their wedding date. To maintain a modern booking flow and eliminate friction in the sales funnel, we only show couples vendors who are available for their specific date.

That means your calendar must be accurate at all times.

Step 1: Set Your General Availability

First, you will define your general availability.

This means choosing which days you are open to accepting DayOf bookings. For example:

• Saturdays only
• Fridays and Saturdays
• Select weekends per month

This allows you to control how DayOf fits into your broader business model.

Step 2: Block Specific Dates

After setting your general availability, you must manually block dates you are already booked.

If you book a wedding outside of DayOf, log in immediately and block that date.

Couples will only see you if your calendar shows you as available for their wedding date.
