How to Delete Your DayOf Account

You can terminate your DayOf account at any time. Here is what to keep in mind:

Before deleting your account

◆ Resolve any active bookings first. Open bookings need to be fulfilled or canceled before your account can be closed.

◆ If you are a vendor, be aware that non-circumvention obligations survive termination. For 24 months after a client first contacted you through DayOf, you may not provide services to that client outside the platform unless DayOf gives written permission.

What survives termination

Even after your account is closed, the following obligations continue:

◆ Non-circumvention (24-month attribution window, vendors only)

◆ Intellectual property rights
◆ Indemnification obligations
◆ Limitation of liability

To delete your account

If you want your personal data deleted as well, you can submit a data deletion request at the same time. We will verify your identity before processing.
